Requirements to Join
We’re seeking candidates who are physically fit, mentally resilient, and committed to serving others. To become a firefighter, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check, physical fitness test, and medical evaluation.
- Complete Firefighter I and II certification (or obtain within the first year).
- EMT certification is preferred but not required at the time of application.
